A large gathering of family and friends included John’s wife Ellen, his daughter Sarah Jane and many members of the extended Kelly family, were present. ICO musicians performed a medley of music by the composer TC Kelly, John’s father. The ICO played an arrangement of the Orange Blossom Special by Principal Bass Malachy Robinson – a tune that John loved to play. Over 200 guest attended the evening. first_imgMexico is on Wednesday hosting the opening of bids for awarding its deepwater oil and gas exploration acreage as part of the of the Fourth Tender of Round 2. You can watch the event on Offshore Energy Today, starting 16:00hrs CET.The event, scheduled for Wednesday, January 31, 2018, involves the tender of 29 offshore contractual areas, tendered as license contracts. The areas are located within the oil provinces of Perdido, Mexican Cordilleras, and the Salina Basin.The national oil and gas regulator Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH) on last Thursday released a list of the companies that have qualified for bidding in the round.Nine companies will bid individually. Also, seventeen consortia will take part in the round. In Total, 26 bidders from 16 countries will take part.Individual bidders will be BHP Billiton, CNOOC, ExxonMobil, Noble Energy, Pemex, Petronas, Shell, Statoil, and Total. Car crashes into home in Port St. Lucie

first_imgThe St. Lucie Fire District responded to an incident that involved a car that ran a stop sign and crashed into a home on Tulip Boulevard.Authorities say two people were inside the home at the time of the incident, but none of them were hurt.Port St LucieAt 7:51 am units were dispatched to a MVC. One of the vehicles plunged into the side of a nearby home. Squad 17 is securing the house & Red Cross will assist the family of 5.
