2015 in December 25th, Tibet autonomous region, the first college entrepreneurship incubator base in Tibet National University inaugurated. Liu Kang, director of China employment training technical guidance center, Tibet Autonomous Region Bureau of labor and employment services, Lausanne Lang Jie jointly inaugurated the base. Tibet National University, Shanghai science and technology innovation center, Tibet autonomous region of the five universities and responsible comrades of the Tibet national university teachers and students attended the inauguration ceremony.
